We sought to simplify and deliver function in every way possible in our small foot print homes. Factory Order, Build & Ship

  • 5 Days - Select & confirm floorplan and desired colors.

  • 4 Days - Confirm factory costing and receive final costing and invoice.

  • 30 days - Pre-construction at Origami factory.

  • 30 to 60 Days - Shipping to your site.

  • 75 Days - General Estimate.

Only 3 DAYS to open, setup, and seal with 4 workers.

Shipping Method

Shipping to the US port will be by ocean freight.

Overland freight to you location and subsequent placement on site require arrangement of local equipment.

Expedited Ocean: 30 Days

Normal Ocean: 45-60 Days

Shipping costs vary by region. We can arrange the transportation and add it to the home cost.

Weather Tight

Specially engineered hinge connections designed to achieve the purpose of free opening and closing, while facilitating weather tight seals at all joints.

Strength in Design

High-strength galvanized steel square tubes and engineered EPS Sandwich panels provide structural strength. 

Origami Homes are designed with excellent performance in high wind and earthquakes. They are also designed to to be set up AND taken down if they later need to be moved.

Pre-Installed

  • Switches and outlets come preinstalled.

  • UL or ETL tested and approved components.

  • Dedicated 220V appliance circuits.

  • They are completely plastic wrapped and banded.

  • Insertion into the container is carefully managed to insure there is zero damage done.
